26 June – 1 July Stavanger – Bergen (Norway), 100 nm
This leg is quite the contrary to the adventures on the North Sea. We will sail inside the calm fjords of the archipelago without the slightest hint of adventure. Flat seas will welcome us, except for one very short passage of an hour or so which lays open to the sea. The remaining will be enjoying the scenery, anchoring in cozy bays and just enjoying being on the sea without the slightest fear or uncomfort – so the advertising says.
A special highlight will be Hardangerfjorden, which is said to be a specially spectacular fjord. To me, this will also be new, so therefore the below foto is found on the internet and not taken by me.
