4 – 8 June Oban – Inverness (Caledonian Canal), 150 nm

 

This short four-days cruise will start in Oban, which you can reach by flying into Edinburgh and then take the bus. The leg will end in Inverness, again an easy place from where you can take the bus, train or rent a car one way to get back to Edinburgh Airport.

Join us for a mini-holiday which will be just pure relaxing in Scotland. From Oban it is just a sheltered daysail to Corpach, the beginning of the Caledonian Canal. We will then pass through the Caledonian Canal with its 29 locks and its four lakes, of which Loch Ness is the biggest and most famous one. This is a perfect peaceful leg cutting through the picturesque mountains of the Highlands in Scotland for total beginners or for cruisers, who just wish to get away from it all and just relax and enjoy the scenery during four nice days.
