During the summer months that I’m out sailing on Regina Laska, my little exclusively decorated private home is made available for non-smoking friends and guests who appreciate Malta’s best location, a south-facing balcony with stunning sea-views of Spinola Bay and the highest of finishing standards.

No expense is spared and only the best is good enough with marble floors, Travertine tiles, oversized Corian kitchen, all Miele appliances, carpenter-made furnitures, 55” 4K UHD Sony TV with Sony sound bar system etc.

Thanks to the unique design of the balcony with 4 corner-glass railings, the inner part has a ceiling for shade and shelter and is also equipped with two high-power IR-heating lights for sitting outside during fresh winter nights. The outer part of the balcony is extended outwards past the building front, giving a beautiful true180 degrees view of the entire Spinola Bay and Balluta Bay.

 

There is no better place to have a breakfast (apart from your cockpit, obviously)

 

One of Malta’s popular swimming spots is just outside the apartment, while the closest beach, diving centres, entertainment and shops are within a short walking distance. Spinola Bay is truly in the heart of Malta.

 

Looking to the right from the balcony you can see the many wonderful restaurants found along the seaside.

 

It’s no co-incidence that Malta’s best five-star hotels and some of Malta’s finest dining restaurants have equally chosen this most sought-after and exclusive area of Malta.

Wonderful apartment. The views from the balcony are incredible, we sat there for hours watching the bay. Even though there’s lots going on it still felt relaxing. There is plenty of shade too. Kitchen and appliances high-spec including a big fridge freezer. Everything was super clean as well. Would 100% recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at this place. We felt right at home, and really enjoyed the patio with beautiful views! The condo was very clean, and the AC worked great. The washer/dryer were also easy to use. The location is very close to lots of nice restaurants, and we really liked being located right on Spinola Bay! .

The place was extremely clean and has a great view of the surrounding bay. Very close to the main nightlife of St. Julians but you still very much have a lot of privacy. I would happily stay in this location again as it is very clean and well kept. .

The apartment is clean and leaves nothing to be desired. the view is even more beautiful than in the pictures. cooking was also possible without any problems. our concerns were taken care of immediately. all in all a wonderful stay that made it difficult for us to leave malta. the apartment is very centrally located and you can reach supermarkets and restaurants on foot in a few minutes. we would love to come back.

Btw: No need to bring your own hairdryer - there is one available. For all the people using a plug EU type C: bringing a plug adapter may be useful :)

Had a perfect holiday. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need. It is in an excellent central location with lots of lovely restaurants on the doorstep. The view from the balcony is amazing both by day and night. We enjoyed several breakfasts and dinners there. Konrad is very quick to respond to any queries you may have. Lovely apartment in a fantastic location with a great host who is very easy to communicate with. Apartment is exactly how it looks in the pictures, the balcony was the highlight of our holiday. There are lots of bars and restaurants close by as well as local bus routes to places like Valletta. The flat was very clean and had top range appliances, a lift, great water pressure and a comfy bed & sofa. 10/10!!!

Great looking, modern apartment with an excellent view across Spinola Bay and St. Julians Bay. Everything in the apartment is new, clean and very modern. The kitchen is fully furnished and there is even a washer and dryer which we found very convenient for our beach towels. The view from the balcony is simply stunning and being able to have breakfast in the morning outside is a very relaxing start into the day. There are many good restaurants within 5min of walking distance and a public beach almost directly below the apartment. A definite highlight is the “Salumeria Gardens” Pizzeria which offers great Pizza and a wide selection of Craft Beers and Gin. The bedroom is quiet and is equipped with a fan, which we found nice during hot summer nights.

First off, the view is better than the pics ( somehow). Super spacious apartment, with every thing you need in the kitchen to prepare your own meals. Aircon in the front and back rooms. Mini mart down the road. Few minute walk from restaurants along spinola bay. Overall A1 accomodation! Only thing I would be wary of is if you hire a car, parking can be very hard to come by.

I felt very welcomed when we got here as the first place to start journey in Malta. He helped me and responded in every possible ways. The location was perfect, enjoyed jogging along the seaside every morning. Well-equipped kitchen was another give-it-go. We cooked a lot here and dish washer was necessary to help us to clean dishes after every single meals. We enjoyed the sea view every blasted breakfast we made at the terrace. Washing machine and dryer was perfect for us too. Loved staying here so much.

Stylish, light apartment with a fantastic south facing sun trap of a balcony. Ideal for sunbathing even in January! Fab views. Spotlessly clean, amazing induction hob and great amenities which make cooking and relaxing in the apartment dreamy. The bedroom also has a balcony off it which lets in a lot of light too. Will definitely return! Speedy communication and flexible check out time which I really appreciated. Only thing missing is a cosy blanket on the sofa for the chillier evenings.

One of the best places I ever stayed in, the views are simply breathtaking, all the comforts are in the apartment for you to enjoy, very clean and elegantly furnished with Miele appliances, centrally located, if you like to dine out, you will love this place, the thing that stands out the most is, you can walk along the coastline for over 5 kilometers , smell the fresh air and the sea salt, spectacular sunrise and sunset, all in all, if you decide to choose to stay in St Julians ....... without a doubt, THIS IS THE PLACE.

I was super happy staying in this gorgeous apartment for five nights. The location is excellent! There are plenty of restaurants in the area. What I loved the most is how close the apartment is to the water. Two minutes walk to have a swim at St Julian's Bay. A perfect place to lie down to get a tan and read a book. The apartment balcony is right above Spinola Bay. The view is breathtaking! I loved having my breakfast on the balcony each morning. You cannot find a restaurant with a better view than this balcony. I also had dinner out on the balcony several times. I like to cook and I loved the kitchen with modern appliance. There is plenty of great tableware to host a dinner. There is a Nespresso machine, but you need to bring your own capsules. First world problem :) The bedroom is gorgeous with a very comfortable bed and plenty of space in the wardrobe. I hardly spent any time in the bedroom except sleeping. Why would you when there is the balcony with the view of the beautiful bay. Konrad is a great host. He welcomed me on the first day and he was very responsive to my messages. I would give this place 6 stars if I could.

This apartment is perfect for our short break. When we got to the apartment we both were amazed by an amazing view from the balcony and it’s located in a quiet area of st juliant. The apartment is exactly on the photo as it’s beautiful and stylish. There were many bars and restaurant nearby also. The host was lovely and communicative. We had a late flight and he still let us checked in. Great 5 stars indeed. We will definitely visit again.
