I think I have only missed one single boot Düsseldorf since my debut as a 10 year old boy back in 1975. That was during our sabbatical cruise 2005-6 to the Caribbean and a good excuse, I think.
As in previous years, I plan to be at boot Düsseldorf all week (except the last Sunday). The Gotthardt stand will be my base (stand No 10-F21 in Hall 10), same as in the previous year. I will certainly also be found at the sextant manufacturer’s stand Cassens&Plath (stand 10C56 also in Hall 10) where I will be showing the Reginasailing templates and give my experiences with celestial navigation. Like before, I will also hold talks at the Refit Center in Hall 11 ( stand 11B65-B76) as well as talks at the YACHT stand No 10 / G18.
If you wish to see high-end marine lighting, I suggest pay pay a visit to the Prebit stand in Hall 7a (stand 7AG02). I will also present some of their prime lights during my talks in the refit center.
Lopolight navlights are found in Hall 10 (represented by Frisch on stand 10H21-H40). If you wish to know more about Lopolight, you are welcome to ask questions re my experiences with these elegant decklights and navilights.

The easiest way to meet was to call me when you are on the show (+356 999 18400) to make up a meeting or just to pass by the Gotthardt-stand (10-F21).

The German leading yachting magazine YACHT will be at the Delius Klasing stand, also in Hall 10, where you will find marine books and listen to some talks. I have, once again, been asked to hold my talk on Sail Cruising (“Fahrtensegeln”) which I take as an honour. The talk will be held daily at 14:00 (except the last Sunday) in German: “Aufbruch: Fahrtensegeln”. The Delius Klasing stand will be very close to Gotthardt, namely No 10 / G18.
In addition, there are daily talks in the Refit Center in Hall 11 (stand 11B65-B76) about
– “The Easy Way and Comfort Stay”
