"Sailing with Leon onboard Regina Laska is something completely different compared to all previous courses I have taken. It's sailing in a a relaxed atmosphere, yet mastering the challenge to cruise in the most exciting sailing areas of the world!

Best of all, the crew grew together and became friends.  And, not to forget, it was all culinary framed by a skipper who is not only a great cook, but also a sommelier and gourmet, knowing how to enjoy life.

I thought a lot about blind navigation, tides and MOB manoeuvres in my preparation for the RYA Offshore before I joined. I also had participated in the Reginasailing shore-based RYA Yachtmaster Offshore theory course in Malta, in addition to the highest German certificate I already held, the SHS.

It is all so different and everything falls to place in such a logical way, both the theory and the practice. It all makes so much sense!

On our Leg 2-2023 from Lymington/UK to Lorient/Bretagne,  it was all delivered in a relaxed and understanding way. Not military, but communicative.

These were some very enjoyable, educational and entertaining days on board!

Compliments to Leon, who has a unique concept of sailing for anyone, from newcomers to ambitious sailors. He just implements it perfectly.”
